Tomasz Gąssowski

vice-president of the  Artists and Craftsmen Union – composer and producer.

 

At the beginning of nineties leader of the jazz group In Spector ( 3 place and Special Award on Europ’Jazz Contess 92 at Hoeilaart, Belgium ). From 1991 he composed a lot of musics to films ( A. Jakimowski ”Reverberation”, M. Dawid ”Ptyk”, P. Borowski ”Love Gamestation”) and in large numbers awarded the compositions to television and radio advertisements (among others to produced by the PZL agency (www.pzl.pl) of Frugo advertisements). In 2002 was a co-producer and a composer of the music to the film “Squint Eyes” (award for the music on Prowincjonalia 2002 in Września)

 

In 2004 a songwriter and producer of the compact disc “Warmly - Coldly”, winners of the main prize on Montreux Jazz Festival 2004 - Ann Serafińska (www.annaserafinska.com) In the same year created the music to the artistic - musical - ballet performance „Bridgeing Lines” Anthony Malinowski on Biennial Event of the Painting and Architecture in Venice, and a year later took the participation in the similar undertaking in one of galleries in Milan. In the June of 2007 musical producer of the newest (premiere on the 8th of November, 2007) compact disc of the Representative Band ( www.zr.art.pl ) and mysterious draft of the band “Yvonne” (premiere of the compact disc soon). He is a composer of the music to the film “Tricks”.
